Giving advice to a friend

Your classmates Clara and Carlota both had an accident. They are now walking with crutches and cannot do a lot of things so they get really bored. They would like your advice on what they can do in their free time so they are less bored.Write a letter to Carlota or Clara giving advice on what they can do so they don´t get bored.
Use the following structure for your letter:

Hi Carlota/Clara,
First paragraph:Our English teacher told us what happened to you. You must be really bored now that you cannot do a lot of things.
